Jessica Johnstun serves as Chief of Staff at Elk Ridge Investments. In her role she serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, helping translate priorities into action, strengthen organizational effectiveness and drive cross-functional initiatives and alignment that support Elk Ridge’s continued growth. Prior to joining Elk Ridge, Jessica’s background spans senior leadership roles in the consumer products industry. She partnered closely with executive teams to build high-performing organizations, improve operating rhythms, develop talent and lead complex business initiatives all while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset. She brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and people leadership to the team.
