Short Term Rental Investment Firm

Built to give earners what the wealthy already have.

The wealthiest Americans have always owned the businesses they earn from. Elk Ridge brings that same advantage to high-income W-2 and 1099 earners — through short-term rental ownership we source, finance, operate, and exit on their behalf.

Our story

Elk Ridge was founded on a simple frustration: high earners had no real defense against their tax burden. The deductions a CPA could offer barely scratched a six- or seven-figure liability, and the only real lever — owning an income-producing business — demanded time most professionals didn’t have.

We built the operating platform to close that gap. Today Elk Ridge sources off-market properties, structures the financing, designs and furnishes each home, and runs the entire short-term rental operation — so the investor receives the depreciation, the cash flow, and the equity without the second job.
