I’ve been investing with Elkridge for a while now and honestly it’s been great. They handle everything from finding the properties to setting them up and managing guests so I don’t really have to do much. It’s truly changed the game for me. All of the things that previously overwhelmed me about these decisions have dissipated. The returns have been solid. To keep it simple on my experience.. the returns are consistent with what I expected and it’s turning out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made to date. Communication’s easy and I never feel out of the loop. So if you’re looking to get into real estate without turning into a landlord this is it! Can’t thank them enough for the experience I’ve had.
